What is a limited access distribution system?
Maxum distributes its product offerings through a limited number of wholesale brokers and general agents who share similar strategic values. Having a limited number of producers allows us to develop significant business relationships. We look to our producers to continually challenge us to be better, to strive to create exceptional value, and to work with us to meet the insurance needs of buyers. In turn, limited distribution access creates a distinct selling advantage for our appointed producers in their territories.
How can my general agency/wholesale brokerage firm become an appointed producer with Maxum?
Maxum is committed to a limited access wholesale distribution system. We seek to appoint producers who share similar strategic values of underwriting excellence, creating value and providing solutions that work for our customers. Consideration is also given to the financial standing, territorial access and strategic fit of all potential producer appointments. Maxum’s Solution Center is our producer portal created to help you do business with us efficiently. Through it you can:

  • Find Applications, forms and endorsements
  • Inquire about the status of a claim
  • Review the latest division news and product information
  • Access the employee directory
  • Run various reports including: Production Reports, Loss Run Reports and Expiration Reports
  • Access the Binding/Programs

The Maxum Solution Center is a secure site that contains confidential information. Please protect the confidentiality of your ID and password to prevent unauthorized access to this confidential information. Please notify us immediately if your ID or password becomes compromised in any way.

How do I obtain a password for the Maxum Solution Center?
The Maxum Solution Center is a secure website that contains confidential information specific to our individual producers. If your agency is currently appointed with Maxum, submit your request for a user ID and password to Maxum Online Support at onlinesupport@mxmsig.com.
How do I obtain a report of my production with Maxum?
The Maxum Solution Center provides access to obtaining a report of your Maxum Production. Once logged into the Maxum Solution Center, the option for Production Reports will be located in the lower left-hand corner of your screen under “Reports.”
How do I request loss runs?
The Maxum Solution Center provides access to obtaining Loss Run Reports. Once logged into the Maxum Solution Center, the option for Loss Runs will be located in the lower left-hand corner of your screen.
How do I report a claim?
All claims should be properly reported as soon as possible.
