Risks for the Professional Liability Division are written on a non-admitted basis through a limited number of wholesale brokers. The target classes of business include

Miscellaneous Professional, and Technology E&O liability coverage.
Coverage is available for both primary and excess placements and written on a claims-made basis. Available limits are $5 million.
Partnering with less than 40 appointed broker firms across the country, enables the Professional Liability Division to provide superior response time on underwriting, policy issuance and special requests as well as time to work with brokers to develop enhanced coverage solutions.
