What is the Producer Training Assistance Program?

Maxum believes that good producers are a product of good training. Such training not only enhances the producers’ technical knowledge, but reinforces the strategic values we share with our wholesale partners. That is why we are proud to offer our Producer Training Assistance Program. The Producer Training Assistance Program is designed to assist our appointed wholesale producers in developing and training key brokers and underwriters.

This value-added service compliments a producer’s in-house training with training in the following areas:

• Division specific training in Binding/Programs, Casualty Brokerage, Professional Liability, and Transportation

• Pricing, reserving and actuarial fundamentals

• Claims handling philosophy and case examples

• Information Technology initiatives important to Maxum and our producers

• Legal and regulatory processes and issues

• Finance principles and practices

The Producer Training Assistance Program can be customized to meet the needs of the producer. The program is two weeks in length; however, depending on your needs, it can be completed in as quick as two days.
